If you are going to receive the orders before Christmas, please place an order according to the following cut-off dates:

  • Regular Shipment Cut-off Date: 20 November 2018,
  • Express Shipment Cut-off Date: 10 December 2018,
  • Transactions after cut-off date may not arrive on/before 25 Dec.

What are the differences between Free Delivery, Normal Delivery, and Express Delivery?

Puzzlemax provides tracking delivery on all parcels. Free Delivery and Normal Delivery will be sent by advance airmail with Origin Carrier tracking, the tracking number of Destination Carrier or updates are depends on carriers. Please check your mailbox frequently as local postal may drop a card if delivery fails.

For Express Delivery, it will be safer and faster. Shipping status is easier to track. Courier usually call before delivery.
